Vardaay Spatial Design is a Delhi NCR-based architecture practice that approaches building design as the deliberate shaping of human interaction with physical spaces. Founded by Utkarsh Chaudhary, whose background spans architecture and project management, the studio focuses on strategic space planning and synthesising complex requirements into an integrated whole. We pair a sensitive eye for proportion and scale with sensible, process-oriented design, always grounded in the realities of building codes, available materials, and current technology.

For us, architecture is not about arriving at a form. It is about untangling the people, the programme, and practical realities that shape a project, and bringing them together into something coherent. Our project management background keeps construction, quantities, cost and coordination in view while the design is still evolving. We treat how a project is handled as seriously as how it is designed - with clarity, discipline, timely communication and accountability at every stage.
