Who We Are
Vardaay Spatial Design is the architecture practice of Vardaay (OPC) Private Limited, led by Utkarsh Chaudhary, an architect registered with the Council of Architecture, India. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Sharda University, Greater Noida, and a Master of Project Management from RMIT University, Melbourne. Based in Delhi NCR, we work across Noida, Greater Noida, the Yamuna Expressway region and Ghaziabad, with registrations with the relevant development authorities.
Architecture, for us, is not about arriving at a form. It is about understanding the people, programme, place and practical realities that shape a project, and bringing them together into something coherent. Our project management background keeps construction, quantities, cost and coordination in view while the design is still evolving. We treat how a project is handled as seriously as how it is designed - with clarity, discipline, timely communication and accountability at every stage.
