Vardaay Works takes an approved set of drawings and builds it. We procure the materials, deploy and supervise the labour, hold the programme, and hand over a finished site, with one point of accountability from mobilisation to handover.

Procurement

Materials are sourced and scheduled against the drawings. Quantities are checked before orders are placed, and deliveries are timed to the programme, not stockpiled on site.

Labour

Trades are deployed in sequence and supervised on site every working day. Crew size follows the stage of work, so no one waits on another trade.

Timeline

A baseline programme is agreed before mobilisation. Progress is tracked against it every week, and any slippage is reported with a recovery plan, not after the fact.

Turnkey delivery

Snagging, testing and clean-up are finished before handover. You receive the keys, as-built records and warranties together, with one party accountable throughout.
